Sports Leagues

  • Men’s Adult Basketball League

  • Teams will compete in seven-week regular seasons and a post-season tournament.



  • Over 30 Basketball League

  • This league is designed for those players aged 30 and older who just like to play the game. Sign up as an individual, call your own fouls, and enjoy a laid back game on a Sunday evening.



  • Coed Volleyball League – Adults Only, Please

  • This Friday evening informal league is designed with the recreational player in mind. Sign up as an individual and join other volleyball enthusiasts.



  • Coed Adult Soccer League

  • Informal games designed with a recreational atmosphere. Sign-ups are done individually, and attendees are divided into teams upon arrival.



  • Baggo League – Coed, Ages 16 & Up

  • This up and coming diversion (also known as Corn Hole or Bean Bag Toss) is now offered at the Valparaiso Family YMCA, beginning May 7th. The season will consist of 7 weeks of regular play with a tournament at the end. Prizes will be awarded for the winning team.


  • Ultimate Frisbee League

  • Designed for adults looking for fun and exercise. Seven weeks of pickup games. Located at SELF School. This program runs Sept. 3-Oct. 17
