  • A great time for adults only to use the Stoner Pool for individual water exercise other than lap swim. Registration is required for this self-led time.

    YMCA Aquatic Program – AFYAP

  • Great for range of motion, muscle strengthening, flexibility, and endurance! Especially designed for anyone with joint mobility problems or recovering from surgery. Classes meet in the Stoner Pool.

  • An ideal form of low-impact exercise in the water. Great for all ages. Promotes strength, mobility, and flexibility, improved circulation, and relaxation in the Stoner Pool.

  • SilverSplash offers LOTS of fun and shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibilty, and cardiovascular endurance.  No swimming ability is required, and a special SilverSneakers kickboard is used to develop strength, balance, and coordination.  Held in the Leisure Pool.  Instructor:  Shirley/Darlene

  • This high-intensity, low-impact water workout enables participants to improve overall fitness levels as well as flexibility and muscle tone.  This workout combines jmuscular strength and endurance exercises with cardiovascular training.  Individuals are able to work at various levels.  No swimming skills required.  Held in the Lap Pool.
