Operating Principles
- We consider our community to include the broader worldwide community as well as our local service area.
- We strive to provide a broad range of programs and services for all people regardless of their race, sex, age, physical or mental ability, religion or national origin.
- Membership and program participation is open to all people regardless of their ability to pay.
- We consider the family, no matter how defined, as our primary constituency, but do not limit participation to families only.
