Qigong Class
Qigong is a practice of working with your body’s energy to establish your best health, both physically and emotionally. This class begins with tips and information on lifestyle choices that help to bring balance to body, mind and spirit. The focus is on training you ways to breathe healthier, detoxify your body, and tap into the power of your mind. You will practice simple, gentle exercises and relaxing guided meditations of Spring Forest Qigong to bring balance to your body’s energy. All activities can be modifi ed to meet personal ability and can be done standing, sitting, or lying down.
Instructor Kathy Hanson is an SFQ Certified Level I Instructor and Mater Healer.
