Personal Training
A completed Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q), and when necessary, a medical clearance are needed prior to your training session. Contact Kari Bukur, Wellness Coordinator, at 462-4185, ext. 237 to find a trainer best suited for your needs.
TRX Suspension Trainer
TRX® is a revolutionary method of suspension training using bodyweight to perform exercises. With one of our certified trainers, you can safely perform exercises that build strength, power, and mobility, and prevent injuries.

Fitness Assessment
This consultation is an evaluation of the follwoing areas: body composition, resting heart rate, blood pressure, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility,muscular strength, and endurance. Your health history, goals, and lifestyle will also be discussed to ensure that we design a program specific to your needs. A four-hour food, caffeine, and activity fast prior to testing is required for accurate results. Contact Kari Bukur, ext. 237. $15 for Members $25 for Community.

Receive the expertise and guidance of a certified Personal Trainer who will help you determine and reach your personal fitness goals. You will be matched with a Personal Trainer best suited for your needs.
An initial Fitness Assessment is mandatory for all personal training packages.

Partner Personal Training
Partner with a buddy and receive the expertise and guidance of a certified personal trainer who will help you determine and reach your personal fitness goals. Package includes five one-hour sessions. Pilates Reformer Trainings
Reformer packages can be purchased in three ways: private lessons, 2 Client partners (Semi 2), or 3 client partners (Semi 3). Contact Carrie Koch at 462 4185 x249 to schedule your appointment. Pilates Reformer Trainers Alia Hawkins and Claudia Miller have received certifications through the Balanced Body University.
