	My daughter and I have a single parent membership and we love it. It allows me a few hours a week so that I can workout and relieve some of my stress. Since starting daycare here, my daughter has learned how to swim so now we use the pools together. It is so much fun for both of us to be able to play and laugh in the water with such dreary weather outside. Also, my daughter will be going to indoor soccer. This is something she has always wanted and now we are able to afford it. This membership has been great. I just wish I could spend more time at the YMCA and less at work.

	Membership in the Valparaiso Family YMCA is open to all persons and allows for the use of the entire building. Financial assistance is available for membership and program fees where need can be supported. While working out or taking a class, members can enjoy free nursery care for their children up to age nine.
