From Soccer to Swim, the YMCA offers a variety of adult sports leagues and programs that provide fun and healthy activities for adults of all fitness levels.
Whether it’s t-ball, basketball, volleyball, soccer, or any other youth program available through the YMCA, kids learn so much more than just the rules of the game. They learn about core values, like caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. We emphasize the importance of teamwork as well as the fundamentals. In many instances, we don’t even keep score. Because at the Y, it isn’t whether you win or lose. It’s how you play the game. The game of life.
