Everyone has their own goals, which is part of your unique pathway or “journey” toward wellness. Our role is to recognize that you define your own wellness journey and we want to engage with you ways that support you in meeting those goals.
We do this by creating a welcoming environment where you feel invited, respected, and safe and by facilitating connections to the people, information, and opportunities that will help you reach your goals. There are a number of different programs to help you and your family members build healthy habits. At the Y, we support you in building sustainable changes that help you reach your goals and improve your health.
