Brazilian Jiu-jitsu

Brazilian Jiu-jitsu is a martial art, combat sport, and a self-defense system that focuses on grappling and ground fighting. BJJ promotes the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger assailant by using proper technique, leverage, and most notably by taking the fight to the ground. The Jiu-jitsu practitioner then applies joint locks and choke holds to defeat the opponent.

Patrick Robinson is a 2nd degree black belt in BJJ and is certified with the International Brazilian Jiu-jitsu Federation. Patrick is an avid international competitor and has entered BJJ tournaments in Brazil, Japan, Portugal and Germany. He is currently a 3 time European Champion, 2 time International Masters Champion, and a Pan American Champion. Patrick is also the founder of the BJJ competition team Choke-U which has members and affiliates nationwide.
