1 Minute of exercise = 1 Mile towards your destination
• Choose your destination: Choose between two destination routes. (Each week two new destinations will be posted in the lobby)
• Complete your challenge and receive a stamp for your passport. Reach your destination by walking, running, swimming, biking, etc. Enter to win a prize drawing each week you meet your destination!
• Take a selfie in front of your destination!

- March 10, 11-1 PM: Soup and Salad: Free for participants ($3.00 for all others)
- March 10, 1-2 PM: Shades of Ireland Travel Presentation. Meet in the Presidents room
- March 17, 10 AM: Eating for Your Heart (part of the Blood Pressure Self Monitoring Program) Meet in the Community Room
- March 25, 4-5 PM: Mediterranean Diet Demo. Meet in the Presidents Room
- April 1, 12-1 PM: Guest Speaker on Spanish Culture and Tasting. Meet in the Gathering Area
