Get on one of our Expresso Bikes in the Wellness area and ride as many miles as you can! Expresso will be donating $0.10 per mile for each mile you ride through the entire month of April! Register for a free Expresso account on the bikes at the Y or at the link below, then sign up for the Rally for the Y Challenge at RallyForTheY.com and join the Valparaiso Family YMCA team!
