Water Exercise Time is an opportunity for adults to participate in self-led water exercise, while enjoying the companionship of other adults. Low-Mid level intensive class.

It’s a Zumba “pool party!” Aqua Zumba gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, Aqua Zumba blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water based workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body toning and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief. Deepwater exercise class focus on core strength and stability. Class uses floatation aids like noodles, belts, and bars to create water resistance. Mid-High level intensive class.
Deep Water Running
Our deep water running class is taught by an experienced runner to create a fun, low-impact running workout in the deep end of our lap pool. Mid-High level intensive class.
