Our water fitness programs are great ways to get in a strength and cardio workout with the advantage of keeping it all low impact! Fun for all ages and skill levels, we can't wait to see you in one of our classes! Classes are free for Members.
Fitness program designed for those with arthritis needs that allows exercise without putting excess strain on joints and muscles. No swimming skills required. Low intensive class.
Promotes strength, mobility, flexibility, improved circulation and relaxation. No swimming skills required. Low-Mid level intensive class.
Water Exercise Time
Water Exercise Time is an opportunity for adults to participate in self-led water exercise, while enjoying the companionship of other adults. Low-Mid level intensive class. Free for members.
Class registration is FREE for Silver Sneakers Participants. Improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance in shallow water. Develop strength, balance and coordination with special Silver Sneakers® kick-board. No swimming skills required. Low- Mid level intensive class.
It’s a Zumba “pool party!” Aqua Zumba gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, Aqua Zumba blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water based workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body toning and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief. Mid-High level intensive class.
Active Fitness provides an ideal way to exercise theentire body with aerobic, flexability, and resistance compenents. Mid-High level intensive class.
Deep Water Fitness
Great full body, low impact, strength & cardio fitness class. Uses buoyancy and resistance effects of the deep end of the pool. Some swimming skills and comfort in deep water required. If you are a weak or non-swimmer, please let the instructor know.
Deep Water Running
Our deep water running class is taught by an experienced runner to create a fun, low-impact running workout in the deep end of our lap pool wearing a flotation belt.
