It’s not about Pickles! Pickleball is a fantastic game played on a badminton court with a lowered net at the center. Like a giant game of ping-pong crossed with tennis, we play with a wiffle ball and wood paddles. While it is easy for beginners to learn, you can quickly develop your skills to face off in a quick, fast-paced, competitive game of experienced players. Tae Kwon Do
Tae Kwon Do is an eclectic style of martial arts characterized by spinning and high kicks. The goal of this martial art is to help its practitioners develop needed skills, not only for the demanding physical moves that martial arts require but also for our daily lives.

BJJ is a martial art, combat sport, and a self-defense system that focuses on grappling and ground fighting. BJJ promotes the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger assailant by using proper technique, leverage, and most notably, by taking the fight to the ground. The BJJ practitioner then applies joint locks and choke holds to defeat the opponent. Register: Front Desk.

Krav Maga Self Defense
Designed to teach self-defense in the shortest possible time, based on simple principles and instinctive movements. Krav Maga is a military self-defense and fighting system developed for the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and Israeli security forces. Register for our monthly Krav Maga class and learn how to defend yourself! No Gi, no experience, no problem! Wear what you are comfortable in.
