At our Y there are so many ways to improve your health and well-being! Try a group exercise class, work with a personal trainer, attend a free wellness workshop, meet new friends in the wellness center and so much more. Our wellness team consists of over 75 certified instructors, personal trainers and strength and conditioning coaches. Our goal is to deliver wellness programs that are for all!
New for 2020, not only have we introduced new fremium classes like TRX, kettlebell, and treadmill, but we have also opened up our studios outside of class times for you to use for personal workouts! Ages 10-13 can use the studios with a parent if they have not completed our Wellness 101 Class to be able to use the Wellness Center and Studios independently.
Each week, the Y offers over 160 group exercise classes (land and water) including Powerlift, TRX, Zumba®, Transform® LIVE, P90X® LIVE, BOOM®, WERQ®, Silver Sneakers, Group Cycling, Aqua Zumba, and more! Pilates Reformer Group Classes
PILATES REFORMER | Level 1
Learn the fundamentals of resistance training using the Pilates reformer.
PILATES REFORMER | Level 2
Improve strength, flexibility, and mobility with a series of intermediate level exercises that build off the Level 1 Pilates fundamentals and philosophies. Previous Pilates Reformer experience required.
PILATES REFORMER WITH PROPS
Improve strength, flexibility, and mobility with a series of beginner and intermediate exercises using props including the magic circle, jump board, weights, resistance bands and more. Previous Pilates Reformer experience required.
PILATES REFORMER 101 WORKSHOPS | Beginner
Perfect for beginners, this instructional workshop focuses on learning the fundamentals of Pilates technique and basic reformer exercises as well as learning the nomenclature of the Pilates reformer apparatus. The goal of this workshop is to empower you to feel comfortable taking a Pilates reformer group class.
